I am originally from Northern Louisiana, and moved to Colorado to complete my Master's degree in Counseling. My husband and I have two golden doodles, and we love being outdoors, enjoying sweet time with friends and family, and are huge fans of early bedtimes. We share a passion for doing life with others and feel grateful to do it in the beautiful state of Colorado.

I want to start by acknowledging that you have taken an important step pursue counseling for yourself, your relationship, or your family. Whether we have the privilege of working together or not, you are taking the time to invest in your story, and I am so happy you have. I have a desire to partner with couples, families, and individuals on their journey to find the healing and restoration they so desire. I know counseling can be a powerful tool in times of dire need, as well as in times of exploration, personal growth or maintenance. Every story is unique. Every person is unique. I believe every counseling experience should be unique as well to fit the particular couple, family or individual. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and my style of therapy is deeply collaborative and strengths based, and I consider it truly an honor to walk through each and every person's journey with them.
